Application to get the confirmation of Qiblah for hotel room, musollah (surau) and mosque. This process need the applicant to give this document :
·    Plan of musollah/ mosque/ building
·    Surveyor’s name.
·    Location.

Applicant will be contact for appointment to conduct the process of determine and conforming the qiblah at the location as stated. Confirmation Certificate will be given too. The form can be download here.
